Company' reason for lending is " for the benefit of the company" .   This philosophy could be flawed just like most Amerians' way of thinking. e.g of such thinking is: " I rent your house, but you pay me rental.   Why? However, if the co manage to get us approval to sell their new products and manage to sell their assets at gd price and increase sales, its shares will fly. We are not sure whether Major Investors have cash out and pl don' t spread rumors... dyodd
