I don&rsquo t think will take it privatise ( may be FR Secretly ask KC buy over their share but reject by KC, AND FR ownself got finance problem have to sell sell sell to get money), KC can wait so take privatise is last option , KC very smart just let FR sell lah, AFTER FR sell fisnish 30% , KC 40%+30% totally 70% plus 5% from market , hahaha easy to take privatise, so why must buy from FR( ask for higher price I think also),so FR is looser

Pls dyodd. I have 40% of my funds in this. My high price was 13.4 and lowest was 11.1cts. The lowest of this was 10cts recently. Probably, now is the good time to accumulae again. Not for contra plays as the time factor is too short. I see Oil prices hovering about $55 (wti) regardless of the recent drops. Shows some strength in it and probably waiting for another comeback near end Nov, as we know, OPEC will intervene again. If it doesn't pull back, how can it Continues its surge. This is the cycle and Kris energy is also at the low of the cycle now when people only think of the negative and add oil to fire Those BBs probably picking up slowly. Everydag over 10,000 lots to 20,000 lots traded and who is buying? FR is selling. You are selling. Then, who is buying? LOL | ||

The selling is limited at this stage. If talking about share price, this stock is not 12.5cts or 15cts when Oil was high, but over $1.00. Throughout the Oil crisis, it is beaten down to current levels. It is probably supported by KC as a major shareholder of about 40% and I don't see any chance for it to close shop, unless taken private by KC or another company. When Oil was below $30, it already shld have closed shop just like Cosco when it was stagnant at 30cts for so long but it didn't close shop too. It all depends on what the big boss want to do and will do in the future. I would keep my stake amid the waves recently and I would think that in Year 2018, when Oil starts it's comeback, this counter will eventually do the same. Let FR sell all it want, already below 30%. Give them 3 months, by Early 2018, they are done. The big show will be on KC. | ||

say already long time ago. if need me to quote my own post i will gladly do it. at that time i even received thumbs down for my comments, but looks like i was right. when the company' s fundamentals cmi, no matter how good oil price is, the stock price will be beaten. idk how deep your pockets are. coupled with a large perpetual seller why you guys dont want to take the opportunity to exit then " at 0.125 cents" , and preserve your capital to re-enter. |

I can only wonder why FR have to depend on retail investors to pick up their stake. FR, with all their connection to banks and clients, are unable to find an institutional investor to take over? Or these Institutional investors smell something? | ||
