Hear that Top Gloves ASP for gloves at US$60 per box compared to STA at US$35 whose profit really fantastic. Range play for STA Thai between 26 Baht and 32.75 Baht for the rest of next week before month end August. Latest update by priveleged informant on STGT that SET has eased full 100% cash requirement to trade from next monday onwards which means probably more buying interest will surface with bigger volume trades on STGT which probably will lend support to STA Thai.

The volumes were dam low all the way when it chiong up to 1.75. No consolidation at all before that. Much higher volumes comparatively after 1.75 till now. May not breakout soon but give it time.

This stock is not a voltile speculative counter just like Msian gloves counters withough any circuit breaker limit. STA is a buy and hold stock for a 6 to 12 months horizon to enjoy dividend play as it is a well managed company with assets exceeding liabilities for the next few quarters from humongous earnings contribution (56%) ftom STGT books. If you are bullish on STGT gloves, then you may stay invested in this counter which is for the faint hearted like me. For the non fainted hearted mkt particpants, please look at other glove plays listed in Spore like Top gloves and Riverstone which are both highly speculative counters for quick gains and losses as well. Make your choice then!!!
