Younger age PRC are educated and preferred to stay in China or employed by China Big Construction company such as CSCEC, China Power, Sinohydro, China Habour and etc for oversea projects which has better chance for promotion within the organisation. Sembmar is really out of choice. but now, they messed out again

Sembmar is really out of choice. but now, they messed out again. ckmpd1      ( Date: 18-Oct-2021 13:10) Posted: Thanks, chart_expertise123.  SMM has confessed that it has lost many of its workers and it is paying more for new workers.  SMM has already admitted that it has to source for logistics from overseas, paying more for materials and shipping costs.  All these extras will be reflected in 2H2021 report and 1H2022 report.  Yet, some forumners here do not know these facts. Now with covid restrictions on its 1400 PRC workers at its dorm, financial expenditure will go up further and morale will go down.  PRC workers are unlike bangla workers.  SMM has to handle them carefully.  With China Embassy kwwping an overwtach, SMM, MOM and MOH are not likely wto get away freely.  Thay have to thread carefully.  Just look at the messages posted on WeChat
