Also earlier batch warrant will expired in April this year. The question is on which side are you on the equation??? I remember  quite a while back maybe  10  years ago, when Rowsley was below 7 cts and its warrant was below 1 ct. If you bag some warrants and rode the swing up when Rowsley with all the hypes about Iskandar shot past 50 cts and its warrant shot past the 20cts...did youcatch that enormous swing up? Most likely we bought the Rowsley warrant on the way down...maybe like 8 cts and sat on it till it decayed to zero!! Thomson Medical warrant expire 24th April 2019. The cash offer(Book closed 22nd Jan..10 days time)  for the.. one for one RSPH share is between .0035 to .006. If Pre X of the RSPH share/Cash offer, Thomson Medical is trading at 8 cts...the ex date after the RSPH share/cash offer, TM shld trade between .074 to .0765 cts. Simple math .08 cts minus .0035 to .006 cts = .074 to .0765. Please also note that if you convert the warrant to mother now, it is definitely out of the money as the exercise price is 9 cts This whole fiasco (sadly) about TM is a " irrational concoction" of " abusive, mental torturing" hype of a Stock Market Genius(Peter Lim) using his absolute market knowledge and strength to get those who believe him to ride his " WILD BRONCO" ...many gave up along the way and many also ended up stampeded and lay  in his mortuary. For those mad, die hards PL supporters...yeah the Sun always rise from the East and set in the West...many months now the Sun never even rises...dark clouds roaming with occasional lightning and some bright sparks that fizzled out as fast as it came on. I empathize with those folks who are caught in this TM dilemna...the whining is understood and acceptable...the ending at this juncture is unknown bcos only PL know what he is doing. DYODD and just some spare cash buy some warrants and ride PL' s bronco. Putting hard earned money excessively in this stock is " irrational idolising" !! Please do your own due dilligence and don' t believe everything said in a stock forum(including Olympus). Its your money and opinions are free!!
