Yes, Gold is in a very bullish phase n CNMC definitely would provide very positive profit guidance in the coming H1 results. Very likely the management would declare interim' s dividend (last yr 0.4c, this yr can expect higher dividend .. maybe at least 0.5 -0.8c) | |||

Phillip Research CNMC (BUY TP S$0.54) - All the stars align &bull CNMC stands to be a key beneficiary, selling gold at spot prices, and we believe it&rsquo s a leveraged play on rising gold prices, with production increasing by 60% from Apr25 and a forecasted 20% rise in selling volume. We maintain our BUY rating with a higher DCF-TP of S$0.54 (prev: S$0.49), indicating 9.0x FY25e P/E. We raise our FY25e PATMI forecast by 27% to US$22.7mn, with the dividend payout ratio maintained at a minimum of 40%, translating into a yield of 5.5%. Phillip capital We remain positive on CNMC Goldmine (S$0.455, up 2 cts) in view of resilient gold prices amidst the volatile geopolitical and economic environment. CNMC&rsquo s market cap stands at S$184mln and trades at 11.6x forward P/E and 2.8x P/B, with a dividend yield of 3.7%. CNMC has completed the expansion of its CIL plant in April, increasing processing capacity of gold-bearing ore by 60% to 800 tonnes per day. Trading Central has detected a " Symmetrical Continuation Triangle (Bullish)" chart pattern formed on CNMC Goldmine Holdings Ltd (5TP:SGX-ST). This bullish signal indicates that the stock price may rise from the close of 0.455 to the range of 0.520 - 0.540. The pattern formed over 41 days which is roughly the period of time in which the target price range may be achieved, according to standard principles of technical analysis. Tells Me: The price has broken upward out of a consolidation period, suggesting a continuation of the prior uptrend. A Symmetrical Continuation Triangle (Bullish) shows two converging trendlines as prices reach lower highs and higher lows. Volume diminishes as the price swings back and forth between an increasingly narrow range reflecting uncertainty in the market direction. Then well before the triangle reaches its apex, the price breaks out above the upper trendline with a noticeable increase in volume, confirming the pattern as a continuation of the prior uptrend. CNMC is likely to cross 50c in this coming H1 financial report. Surely the coming financial guidance would be very positive with spot gold trading near to all time high for the last 3 months. Investors can also expect an interim dividend of perhaps at least 0.5c (last interim was 0.4c).
