You keep on exaggerating the COST components but didn't you know of such thing like revenue. So you are basically ignoring all the progress payments that are coming in . Basic accountings. Bear this in mind, SM, like all other listed entities, is not a charity organization. Cost and Revenue are matching items. So the notion of how fast the $1.5b will be burnt out is totally flawed.
