x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	good observations... we look at track records (how many "good news" have yuuzoo released ? how many have turned into cash-generating business ? what happened to the nigeria (nice country btw : ) big lottery news ?... and you are sharp to notice that : the 15 mil shares to GEM, basis the price of less than 14 cts, at 10% discount, it means this share placement had been issued to GEM quite some time ago. why took it so long to announce ? many questions yuuzoo need to answer to shareholders and to public since it is a listed company and many questions SGX needs to answer as well.... sheerluck      ( Date: 29-Oct-2016 14:20) Posted: There are definitely questions that needs answering.   A US$250mil deal?   Yuuzoo market cap is only US$90mil and cash at hand from Q2 is about US$3.5mil.   Recently drawn down $2mil (US$1.5mil) so total cash at hand is US$5mil.   How can Yuuzoo afford this deal?   So is this news for real? In other words, this acquisition news was released way after Singapore market closed at 5pm 28th October, 5am 27th October Thursday US time.
