I believe the first time outsiders heard about the disposal is during AGM. Price shoot up from 62cts to 67cts. When Nera officially announced the news, price was stagnanted at about 70cts. Prior to this the recent low was 53cts on 7 Apr. If you believe it takes from time for deal to be set up, then 7 Apr might be when some tentative agreement was struck then 53cts + 20cts is about 73cts. If you believe it all started from AGM then 62cts + 20cts is about 82cts. Analysts said TP 80cts. As usual, they quote the better price beos they geniunely(?) wants you to make money. |

The disposal of their payment solution will give them a net gain of $71.5mil which is roughly about 20cts per share and they intend to pay out most as spec dividend. But deal not done yet. However, given this forth coming event, their papa might be pushing for NT to pay out 2cts as interim div. Q2 results normal out in early August. Trader, investors all starting to position themselves for the interim div and to chop seats for the spec div. This one almost guaranteed baojia one. Haven' t failed investors so far. Really is one of the rare gem in SGX. |

Nera Telecommunications (NERT SP) Trading BUY Last price: S$0.705 Target price: S$0.80 Protective stop: S$0.675 The parabolic SAR could be reversing its polarity. Since April this year, the stock has moved above the 50-day EMA and largely continues to trade above this moving average. Coupled with a squeeze breakout, the parabolic SAR looks poised to reverse its polarity. Odds of further upside towards the psychological S$0.80 will increase as soon as the stock closes above S$0.72, whereby protective stops for longs could be adjusted accordingly to S$0.695.
