x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Estate has no choice but to sell mothers in the open market due to the GO rules, as it had explained for its actions in selling the mother and to convert the warrants.  May be it is the timing issue, it can still work with other parties to fence off HW' s hostile TO !!! Also, the IFA report should take into consideration of up-to-date business performance in their valuation of the company. With all the warrants converted to mother shares, it will have another 30 millions !!! DM is really a cash generating machine !!!
