Sooner or later, the market will normalize the currently inflated price to reflect this. The rising of the current share price does not make sense and all driven by hype and wrong perception of the yield.

However my Phillips trading screen still shows APTT as CD.

Just look at the Noble Group thread -- all the constant negative publicity, news, analyst reports etc over the past 2 years resulted in even more " investors" and forumers in the thread. 

Conversely, look at the threads for stable blue chips such as OCBC, UOB etc whose company fundamentals are impeccable -- those threads are practically ghost towns with cobwebs all over.

Just take note!!! --> The big CAPEX is an one-time event, it ends after 2018. After that, NO big CAPEX is needed at least for the short-to-mid term.

 Alert Admin 		Closed 3/4 positions mostly at 0.575.   It' s still bullish and may continue the trend. But I find it too overbought. Will run the risk of missing the boat.

2. Even if i will to use nett profit after tax as per AUDITED FY 2016 of S$60M, dividend payout  as per AUDITED FY 2016 is S$102.37M. My motive is simple. What i am trying to learn here is how i can almost double my spending by earning 60 cents and spend $1.02 everyday without PONZI, more debt or cheating and retire 30yrs earlier. Any experts here can please share and teach me
