Noble executives will keep trying their best to keep postponing the dates little by little. Thry are smart, they won' t postpone it for 6 mths in one shot because investors will all run for the hills. At the same time, pumpers (longs, shorts-masquerading-as-longs, traders, speculators, gamblers) in the various Noble threads will continue painting a rosy thesis of the share price skyrocketing to $1 and even $2 and then to the moon. Lol.

we all know investigations wouldn' t be completed in 2 months, what to say 2 weeks. Coy at this point still " gathering and collating the info required by authorities" . Can the final longstop date of 31 Dec be extended? Chances are that NN will not see the light of day anytime soon, if ever. | ||||

So now New noble 70% ownership still wanted to do 10:1 again. A circular to shareholders published in August, one of the conditions without which the restructuring cannot go ahead is for the SGX to give consent for the restructured entity to be relisted. Most may question ' how come take action at this very moment when new noble is going to emerge' right? But I dare say it' s precisely that NN was going to proceed that forced the authorities to act. Looks like they realized they' d sat on their hands for far too long and old noble was going to morph into another entity, time had finally run out. NN can' t be allowed to proceed where possibly a slew of malpractices have taken place and laws could have been broken, can it? | ||||
