But the majority of good companies are skipping listing in SG altogether so SGX have to source for 2nd or 3rd tier lousy companies to list here. These 2nd and 3rd tier companies that maybe Indonesia or Malaysia exchange do not accept. QT tied up with Johnson & Johnson Cordis to distribute its products, but Cordis was then bought Cardinalhealth. Probably during this restructuring period, Cordis sales was affected which was why QT took back some accounts. If QT wants revenue, it can expand its sales force but it's going to cost it a lot more to hire sales. My view is that it rather focus on its R&D to bring its products to IDE/FDA stage. Company is setup to be taken over by the big boys I believe. Go read some of the M&A cases in USA. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	They don' t need to pay now but whether they need to pay or not in the future depends on the appeal.  All they managed to achieve is bought more time to sort out the $$$ issue.  That issue remains. If QTV is truly prudent, they will not revert this damage in their BS so technically, they are still threading on the edge of bankruptcy. More time to look for buyer indeed.  Note that the acquirer needs to takeover that US$20mil as well.  With poor chocolate sale and FDA on DCB not even started, it will be tough.  FDA, easily one year plus process so being acquired is not impossible but need brave soul to stomach damage, work with a CEO who has a track record of moonlight during his term for his own benefits and BIG ? on the DCB potential. It will be a race of FDA approving DCB+promising sale (fly)  vs lose appeal and pay damage (crash).  Which one will arrive first hard to say. Personally, I think QTV and Mr Eitan will not win the appeal. Also if QTV just sell its assets, gone case for shareholders.  Need to sell whole company.  But sell assets no need to takeover liabilities.  Sell company need to.  So long term wise it is still not going anyway. Another thing we can look out for is the sale for thr next quarter since they recently changed the more rigid agreement with Cordis to a more flexible one.  If sale improved, it should helps, flat or still poor, haizzzzzzzz........ For being prudent, QT write down the legal losses in their books but share price was punished again by these shortists. Kenna whacked twice for the same thing. This should improve its cash flow. Qt may have negative equity, but value lies in their patents which it has spent probably a hundred million in developing its product and FDA approvals.
