x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	With irrevocable undertaking, the share price would not fall below 0.9 cents. Now trading at 1.1/1.2 cents, there is definitely more upside to downside. One key line from the recent announcement -- For the avoidance of doubt, some of the Undertaking Persons do not hold Shares as at the date of this Announcement, and pursuant to the Irrevocable Undertakings, will become Shareholders at or prior to the Books Closure Date. Means some of them have to buy soon -- share price would be pushed up! As long as you are not buying on contra and have the extra cash to subscribe to the rights, Loyz looks good!!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sure? Firstly, boss name initial is the new company name they propose. It?s clear now. Collectively we xcel is just a smokescreen. B.B. identities are also exposed now. All linked to B.B.. now prepared that sub shareholders such as Rex, SSC and LL not picking up rights. If allowed this bunch of B.B. to collect at 0.9 cents, this will greatly benefit them. If I were Rex, SSC LL, I will dump it after they paid at 0.9 so that price will collapse to 0.5. On the other hand, they should also subscribe the rights to prevent rights shares fall in their hands. If the latter happens,the Mother shares will not cross 1.5 as it means they will have fast profit to dump. A third out of box angle is that someone needs to report this to CAD for corporate manipulation and cahoots. Insiders working with external B.B. My views. Where is rpg and its forum now? Well, same here, some subjective-minded adopted same method. Let?s see. Loyz is the last one standing from the Lee family, I think. Nothing against them. Let?s see how Long this will stand. If I am running the show, I will not do a rights, new shares will be better. Placing it to reputables make more sense, follow by cost cutting and focus on core competence. Yes. All these from me an anal list. No problem. Let?s see. All the best.
