HazardKoh      ( Date: 08-Oct-2016 13:00) Posted: The events that happened: in 2008  years ago annouced pytheas buying majority shares, share price spike from 3+ cents to 10 cents (around there). After 1.5 years company annouced no deal. In between they keep saying negotiation is on-going. Many small investors bought on news and on hope the take over will materialised at aound 8-10 cents. But as there was no concrete action, share price slowly dropped to around 5 cents. Then 1.5 years later, company annouced deal off, share price drop below 4 cents. Fast forward to 2.5 years ago, share price spike from 6 cents to 18 cents when they annouced the china deal. Many small investors bought at around 15-18 cents thinking once the deal is confirmed, share price will jump to 25 cents (the proposed buy over price per share). Then history repeats again. There is no concrete news, just regular interviews of annoucement where they say the deal is still " on" . Each time they annouced, share price jump which seems like BBs pumping and then dumping seeped in. Share price spike from 6 cents to 9 cents, small investors jumped in. Then followed by share price slowly dropping to 5 cents. Then annouce another update that the china deal is still on, share price spike from 5 cents to 8 cents, small investors jumped in and then dumping starts, share price dropped to 4 cents. Then they annouced the " belt and road" thingy. Share price spike from 4 cents to 7 cents, small investors again jumped in and bought at 6-7 cents. Then no more concrete news of the " belt and road" thingy. Company then issue rights for more $$$ from investors. Share price slowly dropped to 3+ cents. Then they annouce china deal will be finalised within 4 mths time aka Oct and some 3rd party is in discussion to buy over the company. Then share price jumped from 3+ cents to 5+ cents, many small investors bought at 4.5 to 5.5 cents hoping this time, the china deal will be confirmed. But strangely enough, before the latest news is out, dumping starts and share price dropped from 5.5 cents to 4.4 cents and as we all now know, the deal deadline becomes " infinite" followed some annoucement that there are 3rd PARTIES (more than one party) keen. So i wonder since 2008 the company has been annoucement buy over/take over and not one materialised. In between clear pumping and dumping can be seen. If they really put them on the shoes of small investors, they should delist abl and let us recover some. Instead, SGX allowed them to keep issuing rcb and dilute share value to 0.001. Other than this, SGX didn't give those suspended companies deadline to resume trading. Shame on SGX.

Now they saying " The board of directors of the Company (the " Board" ) would like to inform that, as certain conditions to be fulfilled by the Buyer prior to the signing of the Supplemental Agreement remain outstanding, the targeted completion date for the Disposal is expected to be delayed further. It cannot be determined with certainty the new expected date of completion of the Disposal. " " After more than 2 and a half year of playing catching and in between allowing BBs to pump and dump. And now miracle, they say there are A FEW 3rd PARTIES wanting to buy over their company... Wow.. Company can anyhow declare there are 3rd parties interested which will affect the share price.
