x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	From 6.4 cents to 3.5 cents in 3 weeks. 1. No negative news and developments.  2. No queries from SGX.  3. No annocunment of SSH selling. Imperium is really fishy. Now looking aback, this company indeed had some strange developments in recent times: 1. Someone accused it of market making onlin with company email exchanges (which cause share price to plunge some time ago) and had to back down and apologize when the company threatened to sue.  2. CEO resigned suddenly.  3. Huge buy-ups at certain prices almost immediately after the huge sell queues were put up in the last few months.  4. Huge off-market deals much higher than last transacted price when prices were falling.  5. Major investments of the company mostly all had to do with Sun Bowen, from cinemas (aborted) to Wonder Stone park. Why only work with him? I really hope the possible new investment the company talked about in last night&rsquo s announcement is not about putting in more of Imperium&rsquo s cash into Wonder Stone Park! I really hope SGX and/or CAD can at least talk to the Board and management of Imperium to find out what&rsquo s going on. I have no access to the identities of buyers and sellers, only they can check. I hope they can see this :-)

Unless there is some really bad news (nothing heard from company), this is not making sense anymore. SGX and CAD should come in and investigate. This is a company sitting on significant cash (at least $15m, have to look at upcoming results to confirm) and has invested $53.5m in Wonder Stone Park not too long ago. It also has a $2.Xm property investment in Perth. It has zero bank borrowing.
