All capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed in the aforesaid announcement. The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has today received a listing and quotation notice from the SGX-ST ("L&Q Notice") for the listing and quotation of up to 141,665,625 Conversion Shares to be issued and allotted upon conversion of the Bonds at a fixed conversion price of S$0.128, based on the currency exchange rate of S$1.38 to US$1.00. The L&QNotice is subject to compliance with the listing requirements of the SGX-ST, and is not an indication of the merits of the Conversion Shares, the Bonds, the Company, its subsidiaries and their securities. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Coy like QTV, profit is secondary.  This we need to accept as the market practise.  So growing topline and new approval are more important.  That' s on the business side.  On the finances and shareholding side, this coy sucks. Now that the price dropped so much below the revised conversion price, I will not be surprise if those new investors want to cancel or revise their term to lower the conversion price.  This is now the additional risk. The latest news is about developing their DCB choc touch in SG which has nothing to do with the patent lawsuit which is on their 1st gen choc PTA.  I can only say all eyes are on the Q2 results. So to me the news mean nothing much but the drop in price means a lot more.
