I will reject the offer too. I will rather write-off my loss as minority shareholder than to let these Wu guys get hold of the operating assets at dirt cheap price...Right now, because this is suspended, they cannot touch these assets. What they are after is to unlock the value of these assets at huge discounts and be able to make use of them for their selfish gains at the expense of minorities. We will be stupid to accept this kind of unfaier and ridiculous offer which has no benefit to us. To say that we may have future potential gains as a RTO vehicle is just to buy our votes, It may not happen and they are just prepared to park this empty cash shell aside until they are happy one day to delist it and get back their 33% cash. What they are after is the $400M RMB operating assets. No way, we should let them get it for cheap unless they significantly raise their offer at least 2 times! | ||||

The boss must have learned a thing or two from the offer made by Blumont to all shareholders at nearly 80% discount to the lowest possible trading price of $0.001 and SGX keep mom on it.
If such offers were to continue, think SGX can close shop for good as it will be the laughing stock to the world, more so we are the financial hub of Asia. Not only these, many potential and good companies were bought out and delisted at huge discount to NAV |

SGX listings are mostly con acts and scams ..never invest in SGX listings looks like any tom dick harry can list on SGX and create any scam they want to drain SG investor wealth. SG authorities one eye closed and also cant do much. |

100,000x0.00275=275, u want? After so many years, still no news of the investigation. Sgx is really a shame and allows them to drag. If force them to delist 3 years ago, we might still get back $0.1/shares.

Interestingly, their products are actually selling in some of Singapore sports shop and they even sponsor for Olympic last year! I think many of us viewing this forum have our monies stuck for many years. To me i already written off this investment, if there is RTO or any real offer i think most people will just take it, given their financials looks poor, not even sure their receivables are real or not. Hopefully, there is an ending soon. Almost 7 years liao.... | ||||
