x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	if u see what assets idle around in their workshop and shipyard u will know things are not good...... vessel idling still require wages of manpower n fuel.......basically burning money all the time.... They may have reduce the rate of burning by disposing asset.......but still burning.....if no profit coming in.......debt will keep on accumulate. EMAS had to sell assets in this downtime to deleverage, the fleet is hardly utilized anyways, so instead of taking on the maintainance and depreciation costs i think it is wise to sell them off. Moreover, the JV could very well have a co-asset sharing model, there' s no need for EMAS to have ownership over a large fleet to support operations. Now, look at the core competencies of the partners:  1) Ezra - EPIC  2) Chiyoda - Construction of LNG storage facilities 3) NYK - Ownership of 68 LNG vessels (6 to be managed under JVs)  To me, i think they can serve as a one-stop solution for LNG services. Considering that the macro environment is tuning towards LNG (Look at China, Japan & India, as well as Asia especially SEA being one of the larger producers of natural gas), i think there' s a positive outlook. The question being that are all these natural gas companies willing to invest in offshore explorations, or be reserved and only operate onshore. Not sure. See how it goes.
