x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This counter, like many others, are highly controlled by the big bosses. Even when Oil prices surge towards record highs, it still can drop below 10cts. Not for contra players to buy, maybe more will try to short? Since FR keeps selling. We shall see how it goes into end of Nov and Dec, coming 2018. Will be really strange if Oil prices doesn't help it to go up since its business is Oil prices related. I told a friend who went into Noble who was going to add much more when Noble issued rights. I said for the risk you are taking, why don' t try something else like Deutsche Bank. I also gave him a few other US and HK-listed names. Buy long dated call options, sell naked puts or simply buy the shares. I even said why don' t use some margin to increase risk and return. Afterall, Noble is geared up to the sky so why not do some gearing yourself but pick the assets to buy. These stocks (Deutsche, Freeport, HK-listed shares) have since doubled. I' m sure some of you can trade well and some may pick stocks that double. But I don' t believe this can be done consistently in SGX and with commensurate return for the risk undertaken. I will still put money in SGX but I wished I had lower limits on my exposure decades ago.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Oh wow... I normally don' t disclose but since you asked ... shares about 500k, warrants about 1m. Average cost for shares about 12c, warrants about 7c. Performance of KE shares depends on FR. At 1% to 1.5% disposal per week, FR' s stake could be down to about 10% by the end of April. Since my forecast is for higher or steady oil price, continue bullishness in the economic outlook for the major economies, bullish sentiment for O& G stocks, significantly higher production by KE (based on what they say), better quarterly performance for the company in the next few quarters, market participants will start pilling into KE when FR' s stake becomes relatively insignificant by the time it hits 10% or less. I' m also counting some fund taking up 4.99% of FR' s stake and in one scoup, reduce its last 10% by half overnight. I' m a longer term player and would hold the shares till 21c, which is my forecast for end of 2018. Quite a bit of bullishness in my view but not exactly a fantasy. Call it a 30%-60% probability scenario (will update with time). I trade the US market long/short equities and writing calls and puts, which makes investing/trading more interesting and rewarding for me. Even on good fundamemtals counters. That's why I posted some negative opinions here to balance with the overly optimistic opinions here in several counters. The good counters already up a lot. Like UOL, DBS . Missed the boat. In Singapore, can only buy GLC blue chips like Singtel DBS Capitaland. Cos they are supported by our sovereign funds. Lost $ the feeling is no good. Full of guilt. Cos $ if not lost can buy good food for family. Or a nice vacation. $ spent on family is better than losing on betting. I dont feel like i am investing now. Unlike in the past . I feel like I am betting up or down. I have become a gambler. In part due to SGX induced culture here. (I used to invest long term in the past. Buy and keep. Anyway this is a shitty exchange. Only benefit a few counters only. Especially GLC counters ) Now I think back i lost $ due to I gek kiang, like many here also.
