Another reason for the run up could be this reasons which was forgotten when there?s a bad run in December 18.
HI-P International shares climbed a further 3.77 per cent on Tuesday as more punters jumped on the prospect of a share deal, although the company said it has not been approached by any party. Rumours of a possible transaction bumped the contract manufacturer's shares up 30.9 per cent in heavy trading on Monday, prompting an unusual share trading query from the Singapore Exchange. Hi-P replied on Tuesday: "The company understands that a controlling shareholder of the company is considering a possible transaction involving the shares of the company which may or may not lead to a transaction." Executive chairman and chief executive Yao Hsiao Tung is Hi-P's single controlling shareholder with a 84.22 per cent stake as at June 20. |

Bank of America analyst Wamsi Mohan upgraded Apple stock from ?neutral? to ?buy? on Monday, citing pullback-based opportunities and more. The analyst also upped Apple?s 12-month price target from $180 a share to $210 per share. This marked a roughly 21% upside compared to Apple?s closing price on Friday of $172.91 a share.Mohan said that Apple?s ?growth across healthcare, wearables and increasing services penetration,? along with ?stability of supply chain order cuts? will help it bounce back. ?AAPL stock is down 26% from its peak (S&P down 9%) and up 9% YTD (inline with S&P 500 and below the [tech sector?s return] of 13%),? Mohan wrote in a note to clients.?Our scenario analysis suggests that shares are discounting a ?declining hardware? scenario (ex-cash, services), and the debate hinges on the L/T trajectory. In our opinion, weakness in hardware is not entirely structural. Our new PO of $210 is based on assumptions closer to scenario 2 (flat hardware, and somewhat slower than historical growth in Services).? | ||||

Haha yeah. If the boss wants it to go up , we should ride with him, no? Anyway Apple was upgraded to buy by Bank of America and those upgrade reasons suggest more business for Hi P. I think that?s why the forward looking price of Hi p is pushing its way up. Hi P is strongly link to Apple and can act as proxy to Apple in SGX

This is too challenging.
Already in 3rd level of sub waves - sub waves indicates bbs Seriously i cant forsee another level of sub wave. But this stock has broke so many level who know. Pls takecare.

First 10 min, price drop due to broader market weakness as are other counters in the same sector prolly due to US indicators being slightly in red but can see the recovery in price due to demand . Uptrend shown by Heikin Ashi remains intact . Until it turns , it?s still long for this one. Ytds chart however was painted on Lower volume . Take note . | ||||

The price drop due to presence of short sellers who tried to but fail last week. Those who borrowed the scripts to short has to buy back at higher price last week to return the script . Once again , they now present another opportunity for props at $1.77. I don?t think there are many sellers . It?s more of shorters .

12th March - updated chart EOD As shown on 11th March chart above, the trading system triggered " Professionals Distribution" yesterday and indeed today we witnessed strong pull-back towards day' s low of $1.73 before closing the day at $1.75. There are still sellers out there, inorder for the price to move higher, sellers have to been absorbed. For the next trading sessions, stay sideline and watch how the chart will evolve.  |
