x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	These days many venture inevstment companies, they can just go find some SPACS and dump their investee companies into a SPACS at evry high valuation. This way the venture funds can " exit" . SPHventures has many investee companies, they should look for some SPACS and exit easily at high valuations. Even their PBSA and aged homes business also can throw into a SPAC.

The Woodleigh residence is already more than 60% sold, at more than avg $1900 psf, so expect at least $1.5 - $2 billion revenue. And the PBSA was doing very well even during covid lockdown.
