x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	For the life of me, i cannot understand why anyone would not jump into this. World shipping has gone crazy again.  It will be a long time before we see it stable. And as long as it is in this state, it' s boomtown for Samudera.    14% yield at this price with more dividends and stronger performance ahead. It' s bizarre investors are not jumping in.    10 % yield even at $1.35.  No brainer.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	UOB Kay Hian gave a TP of $2.48 (21/3/2022) for Uni-Asia. Uni-Asia is now $1.30 vs $1.01 for Samudera. Yet Samudera is a much stronger company with healthier balance sheets (net cash while Uni-Asia is still paring down debt), high ROA and much much higher earnings and dividends per share. If Samudera gets coverage from analysts, its TPs and market price would outshine Uni-Asia. Question is : why are analysts ignoring Samudera? Anyone knows why?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Simply Wall Street used a two-stage DCF. It' s a legit valuation methodology, but it would put P/B and P/E at the very top of their ranges for the industry. I' m still trying to wrap my head around it all. Yeah, at their tp, i' m not sure I' d show up for work tomorrow.

We can then become multi-millionaires. 😆 I suspect that value is in the context of frothy US markets where people are willing to chase up prices to ridiculous P/E multiples. I will be happy if the price can exceed $2 in 2022. Very high chance of Samudera outperforming 2021 despite freight rates coming down off the recent peak. My guess is average freight rates this year will still be much higher than for last year, despite increasing interest rates to bring down inflation and growth.
