As for reference, we look & compare at Tuas II Desalination Plant, Singapore. Singapore&rsquo s largest seawater desalination plant. Project Highlights Capacity: Seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant: 318,500 m3/day (70 million gallons/day) Project Value: S$890 million (EPC value S$750 million) Contract Type: Design, Build, Own, Operate (DBOO) Off-taker: PUB Concession Period: 25 years Project Commercial Operation: 2013 Tuas II Desalination Plant cost almost S$1 billion... and many big PRC cities are more than 5X the size of Singapore ! ... and the type of projects are Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Public-Private-Partnership (PPP), requiring many years ! most likely the figure is in USD 3 billion , its is alot of money but the figure looks realistic.

I believed it is in USD 3 billion ... but they put it in parenthesis (in USD or RMB), they should have converted it into RMB to be clear & not cause confusion. 3 billion is alot of money, but it is spread out over 5 years ... and these are for large mega-projects Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) in China and Asia Pacific region. Market cap only 124 mil.? You are only refering to the Engineering Group. The Engineering Group alone has currently over S$150 mil order book' ' and this is only in Singapore!

My view, Tritech will continue uptrend next week or coming weeks .... Despite DOW dropping 170 pts, or even if oil will drop further below $50. One of its subsidiary is going to announce new contract again soon !!!
