cld be sgx regco not enuff manpower to investigate such occurances given it may happen to any sgx listed company(& more than 1 at any 1 time). there doesn' t seem to be any deadlines stated for the pwc investigation to complete ... means may continue to be suspended for a long time ... no buy, no sell, sit down wait long long

This time round, sgx has done the right thing to suspend it. At least this will spare shortists from further eroding it. And also time is needed to prove the China sales is real. Now that PwC reports to sgx directly, imagine if PwC confirms sales is correct. Then what happens to the price? Will fly off? This is crucial.
Important theory: I suspect Bw is engaging and using Primary Import agent as a smokescreen for MLM which they mask it as Direct Selling. Why need PIA? Think harder....if MLM is exposed, it will be the PIA who engaged in this marketing tactic and not Bw. If so, bw usage of PIA is to circumvent the MLM law. The sales is for sure, real, I reckon. Using PIA as a front is a clever move and a safe way to protect BW. I think their intention is noble. Not sure my hypothesis is right or not. |

Is good that SGX to determine veracity of China sales. Furthrmore PWC shall thoroughly verify the sales records are genuine as now the regulatory and public are keeping eye on it. Once it is verified the sales is genuine is attained. I believe this will assure the investors with strong good result. Shorties better watch out and cover faster ....

Notice the sgx did not pursue the BIL involvement in the latest move. If they penalise BWL on BIL relationship only after the sales investigation is completed, it will be the biggest laughing stalk. | ||||

Sgx Regco conviniently put the responsibility to determine veracity of china sales on pwc. They only receive the copies of records for wayang wayang. Can pwc find anything? I doubt so. | ||||

Almost next to nothing. All these short sellers would empty whatever cash their have and transfer to someone else. The would rather go bankrupt and keep their cash.
