Down...maybe labour cost shrink too..to soften blow from tariffs war.. Tariff have to be removed sooner or later or until trump kick out of office.. If projects are onhold or stopped, there will be no collections even the steel or cement are dirt cheap due to dumping. Unless govt steps in to pump prime the economy due to the tariffs shock.
