x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	base on sgx annoucements. big shareholders selling in last few occasions. reason for selling is always unknown. but at such numers and fast selling, it is no wonder that price keep droping, it is not about the fundamental any more but about demand and supply of money wanting in and out.even if there is anyone wanting to catch it for good dividend return, one will also wait for it to stabalised. really how low can it go?

When it comes to Reits investing, really, there is no need to buy too many diiferent Reits, just focus on these few good ones. It is much easier to manage with just a few Reits, for example, things like rights subscriptions and dividend payment details. So are ASAP6 hotels currently overvalued? Probably. Should they be worth only the price ASAP paid initially? Definitely not.
