base on sgx annoucements. big shareholders selling in last few occasions. reason for selling is always unknown. but at such numers and fast selling, it is no wonder that price keep droping, it is not about the fundamental any more but about demand and supply of money wanting in and out.even if there is anyone wanting to catch it for good dividend return, one will also wait for it to stabalised. really how low can it go?   |

Indeed, I only have 7 S Reits now: MCT, MINT, MLT, MNACT, A Reit, CCT and CMT. Looking at buying some Ascott Residence Reit when the opportunity arises.
When it comes to Reits investing, really, there is no need to buy too many diiferent Reits, just focus on these few good ones. It is much easier to manage with just a few Reits, for example, things like rights subscriptions and dividend payment details.

Such high profile SSH would not do this kind of obvious price manipulation as it is is illegal and they would get caught very easily by the exchange

I invest heavily in S Reits. About $1M capital. I ONLY buy and hold Reits that are sponsored by CapitaLand (and Ascendas) and Mapletree. Used to hold some Keppel and Starhill Global Reits, but sold in April this year with small profit. Being a S Reits investor for some years, I think the strategy of buying and holding only CapitaLand (and Ascendas) and Mapletree Reits with reasonable entry price is pretty sound and safe. | ||||

You can' t consider that the price ASAP Holdings reflects the current value of the property as they have done significant renovation after buying that probably improved the hotels revenues. So are ASAP6 hotels currently overvalued? Probably. Should they be worth only the price ASAP paid initially? Definitely not. I don' t think this valuation can fully justify the price movement there must be something else going on beind.
