x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Even with project start to come, medium class offshore more likely will benefit rather than bigger company like Ezra....... small to medium company with different spec can joint venture to bid for one project. overall their bidding price will be lower.....there's suit the sentiment of client for looking for cheaper option. Only when oil price recover high enough for ppl to look for quality rather than quantity....Ezra then can look to recover.

Lenders likewise have no choice but to restructure the loans, the assets can hardly be worth the effort to dispose.
