x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Not sure how monopolistic it is - given that their pricing is regulated by the gov and now the mobile operators coming in strongly to compete for their broadband biz as well. I disagree their CAPEX is one time, they still have to continually upgrade their PPE in order to continue functioning and keeping their Biz alive. How much has their CAPEX been reduced since the analog cutover to digital system has been completed? Everyone scrambling for the door today - multiple whammies.  - Interest rates going up - Revenues keep declining Think this new management is also quite weak - no solid action plan to stop the bleeding, every quarter result keep repeating the same song (we will try to upsell and cross sell...blah blah blah), but results always keep showing red and redder. Unless their approach changes fundamentally, the result will always be the same... Those still holding on to this bomb, all the best. =) The dividends probably can only cover your comms and earn you a cup of kopi each day till end of this year.

Total revenue for the quarter was 6.8% lower than the prior corresponding period (&ldquo pcp&rdquo ) in constant Taiwan dollars (&ldquo NT$&rdquo ) terms total revenue for the quarter was 5.6% lower than the pcp. The 6.5% rebound is just a breath of air before the next big wave down to 30c levels.
