WL123456      ( Date: 28-May-2020 09:48) Posted: Medtecs International (SGX:546) (Part 2) Medtecs achieved a profit of US$3.672m on half month production. Assuming full month and doubling of production, profit should come in around US$14.5m per qtr for the next three quarters assume linear production So net profit for whole year should be around US47m(14.5x3 + 3.672)(SGD66.6m). That would give us an eps of around $0.12. Add that to the nav of S$0.165(US$0.1176) as of the latest FR, that will bring the NAV to S$0.285 with a PE ratio of 1.95($0.235/0.12). At, $0.235, Medtecs is now currently trading at a discount at a very attractive PE. (Note that this is based on management announcement that Medtecs have doubled their production. Figures are assumptive and might be higher or lower depending on whether their factories production is meeting demand. So far, checks with the company have reveal they are able to meet their production commitment so far. Interested investors can always call them and make enquiries about their production capabilities in meeting demand)
