x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Having zero SMM shares in SCI' s book is positive for SCI bcos any losses incurred by SMM will no longer impact the earnings and book value of SCI. So I suppose SCI has zero confidence in SMM. But SCI could have sold off it' s SMM shares and keep the proceeds in SCI.  So it seems either no one wants to buy those shares or the price of the shares sold will be so low that the entire SMM share price will collapse. Seems whichever way we look at it or flip it up or flip it dowm, the view doesn' t look good for SMM> Not vested in SCI or SMM and absolutely steering clear of both permanently.    binbinbap      ( Date: 10-Jun-2020 16:49) Posted: yup, i understand that SMM is using the 5:1 rights shares from all SMM SH to pay off the $1.5b loan to SCI.  so my question is why SCI is giving out " for free" to all SCI SH? If they decided they have done enough and raise the interest rate then it can be ugly.
