Looking at buying some Ascott Residence Reit when the opportunity arises. When it comes to Reits investing, really, there is no need to buy too many diiferent Reits, just focus on these few good ones. It is much easier to manage with just a few Reits, for example, things like rights subscriptions and dividend payment details. Used to hold some Keppel and Starhill Global Reits, but sold in April this year with small profit. Being a S Reits investor for some years, I think the strategy of buying and holding only CapitaLand (and Ascendas) and Mapletree Reits with reasonable entry price is pretty sound and safe.
