Share consolidation has to happen alike that of Wilmar years back, follow by infusion of operational supportive initiatives etc. The question: Is one prepared to wait for all these to happen if they happen if that is PL' s plan? My guess was if I buy and let it " X" ...at most lose some brokerage as the minimum offered was .0035 cts...taking into consideration strong support at .075/0.76  cts...I lost  .035 cts on " X" , but was offered .006 cts..so that is a good gain...anyway if receive cash or RSPH shares..I elect RSPH Shares. *(3) If you holding under margin financing...please check with your broker how the RSPH shares will be held...in Brokering hse custody or can it be transfer out to your name and held at registrar under your name. *(4) There was the ever worry the Bonus warrant decay to zero...I am not worried...good fight now into the 10 mth and heading to 11th mth...like I mentioned before woman pregnant 9 mths...PL make you carry his baby 10 mths and 2 mths to zero...can understand the frustrations, but if you look into my postings in here... http://www.sharejunction.com/sharejunction/listMessage.htm?topicId=15934& recordCount=260 PL is himself holding... " These 1,849,438,093 shares does have the free  2 bonus warrants per share...translated into 3,698,876,186 bonus warrants." Ok still not convinced...just last run up...on 30th Jan before CNY...volume on mother 126,946 million shares done and warrants 132,291 million shares done. Subsequent volumes for mother till yesterday...Mother share....14,965  /  29824  / 6420  / 22,197 / 20,270 / 6.052 and yesterday suddenly volume picked up 37,523 millions done.                                                                                                                                                         Bonus Wrts......6,110 / 919 / 7566 / 7550 / 1310 / 1,459 / and yesterday 2798 millions done. Ask yourselves who makan those huge volume and never contra out ...for example the 132, 291 million warrants done on the 30th and on force sell days only 1310 and 1459 millions changed hands...where those 130 millions warrants or the 80 odd millions mother shares...who picked it up?? Right now at yesterday closed the mother closed 8 cts and warrant .001...can you see almost in alignment? This counter can start playing and hope holders get some good gains...my contribution and hope is always look for counters that can give forummers some really solid gains if there is storyline or something I can relate and see the " big picture" otherwise I rather don' t get involve in forums chit chat. Expect decent set of result slated I heard nearer to end of mth...maybe next week...who knows? Please always remember....BBs or rich guy like PL  are out not to kill us (small fries)...they are out to enrich themeselves....investment/speculation do it wisely and with very measured decisive moves and stick with it. Lets hyperventillate and guess PL really want to trigger value in the piggy back warrants which I think he will before April expiry...that is to have piggy back listed and trading with a price...if the conversion price for piggy back is 11 cts....TM got to be higher than 11 cts right? So let say TM is .115 cts...the piggy back if got 100 bonus shareholders convert...M & C Sertvices will have to lodge Piggy back with SGX for trading...at TM .115 cts...the piggy back will be trading at least.005 cts right? Wow if mother really .115 cts...the Bonus warrant is 0.035 cts right...if youi have bought a million warrants at .001 cts and pay $1000 dollars plus bit of brokerage...now at .035 cts your warrants is worth $35,000...money drop from sky...what is the risk reward...super worth the punt right even buy at .001 or .002  cts. So final snippet....how PL gonna trigger the surge...remember how he did Rowsley first time announced buy over Thomson Medical...from  0.068 cts roughly surged to 0.19 plus cts in less than 10 mkt days. Will there be some super big announcement of some funds taking stake in TM or maybe M & A activities...who knows...Raffles Medical is into China...will TM follow suit? Your guess is as good as mine...just sit tight and pray hard that PL want to enrich himself further and we ride his waves up like in Wilmar.
