They have inked a non-binding memorandum  of understanding (MOU) for the proposed partnership, which covers opportunities for overseas production, investment and distribution of various entertainment-related content and businesses, which will leverage Spackman&rsquo s global networks, Spackman said on Tuesday in a regulatory filing.  Spackman and Sunwoo Produce also intend to partner in " other entertainment-related businesses and projects such as film or TV production, talent management and other media businesses located in Korea, South-east Asia and the US Sunwoo Produce had on Oct 18 signed a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire a 15.7 per cent stake in ESA.  Sunwoo Produce will become ESA  ' s largest stakeholder upon completion of the share purchase, which is expected in the second half of November 2019. Sunwoo Produce and its affiliates, which include ESA, will also seek strategic investment opportunities into Spackman or its associates

It will move up if: (1) the CEO, Ko Jihwan go and buy the share at this price, he said at 4.6 cents, co share was undervalued (2)  Richard Lee, previous interim CEO, now a Director, go and buy the share, where he on record, said price was undervalued from over 10 cents to 6 cents, when he was executing swapping   (3)    Na Kyoungwon the previous CFO, now the COO, who oversaw the numerous swap, go and buy the shares. (4)  the Co who has the share purchase mandate, do share buy back, which is more profitable than the useless share swaps. Wish they put their monies where there mouth are - ie. buy the shares throught their own accounts and through company share buy back. Better returns than all the silly acquisitions and shares swappings. The management of Spackman, Mr. Ko, Mr. Lee and Mr. Lim who were responsible for the acquisitions and share swapppings have some teeth and skin in the co where you said the share price was undervalued when it was trading at 10 times the current share price.
