In the 9MFY2023, the group has paid a total distribution of around $2.70 per share. The figure includes the dividend in specie of Keppel REIT units worth 18 cents per share. Steady leh And over 60% of the loan are fixed rate over 3 yrs So now left what' s tonite Fed have to say

Another good quarter ......certainly look forward to a good full year result and dividends end 2023 . DYODD Media Release Keppel records stronger 3Q & 9M performance with improvements from continuing operations &bull Strong infrastructure earnings growth continues in 3Q and 9M 2023 underpinned by robust integrated power business. &bull Increased activity across fund management and investment platforms: o Raised ~S$1.0 billion in equity in 9M 2023 made acquisitions of S$600 million in 3Q 2023 bringing total acquisitions to ~S$1.7 billion in 9M 2023. o Achieved first closing of US$575 million (S$783 million) for flagship core infrastructure fund with target size of US$2.5 billion (S$3.4 billion). o Good traction in fundraising for flagship sustainable urban renewal (SUR) fund working towards first closing soon. &bull Outperformed asset monetisation target &mdash Announced S$865 million in asset monetisation year to date, and S$5.3 billion since October 2020. &bull Total distributions in 2023 to reach ~S$2.70/share, including dividend in specie of Keppel REIT units worth ~S$0.18/share1 . |

should be 200 shares of kreits. 24 oct last trading day 25 oct xd 7 nov receive kreits shares but why the price dropped today ... now the price so attractive should buy right !!! still 4 days to trade before xd. |

Understanding the Why is important. But I have to say some things simply no reason one... Eg Woman. They happy / unhappy no need reason one. Up and down rollercoaster macam KC (or I should call it Keppel Ltd Nia now) price. But the fact is most of our male kakis still go for woman. Because we know the value and virtues of a woman. But some man prefer getting a man to woman.. some prefer both... Boh Salah, it's their choice. Jus like our investment portfolio, we want to buy how many counters, up to us. But if everything we go and kick ourselves why we duno the reason why up and down.. life v tiring. I nv try to read my charbo, I only know when limpeh open wallet, she know who's the boss, gao liao. When price goes down, you think it's valuable, load up. When u think too ex, don't buy and offload if you need money. But stir ppl to sell only to profit off them. Jin bad like that.
