That is probably why yesterday there is a support to prevent counter price from dropping before meeting today. I believe once this covenant is waived by bondholder, u can see price starting to drop.

A cross-default was triggered on the loans after Perisai defaulted on principal and interest payments on Oct 3. " Since its bond only matures in 2018, it is taking the preemptive step in getting the waivers for any breach as a result of the Emas JV loans." This is another problem that this company has to deal with. The JV loans with Perisai, of which Perisai is already declared insolvent. Will the JV loans be accelerated and how will Emas, being a party to the loan, able to redeem its liabilities to the JV loans. Ultimately, what is the net exposure for Ezra, being the holding company of Emas.
