at 10.50 , w a dividend yield of 4.857% and BELOW its book value of 10.71 Hmm wld Temasek or major shareholders allow it to be so low ( take over lol ) In 2/3 mths time it will b interesting to note who collect this 28c dividend n share price goes up too Dyodd Happy investing .

i think ang mo bb road road already. so local people can have a pick at good price. will see how us handle the situations. do not think locking up a city type of solutions is going to be ok there. most likely life goes on with more shopping online. people like amazon will benefits. local banks i think reasonable value. last year may was the dark moment of trade war. good price now especially if one deduct the dividend of banks, it is already at the last year may price. downside limited. my wishful thinking only. dyodd |

Dont panic .....market is unstable due to virus issue ....esp the numbers in Korea n Japan. However Spore n China are controlling well . Certainly outside China will take 1/2 wks to catch up due to time delay . ( so nex 2 wks is important) Banks earnings are solid. Q1 mayb affected but fundamental is still there. OCBC book value is 10.72 NOW ....and 28 c dividend .........look at there value .....:)) Opportunity in a crisis ( if its one ) DYODD Happy investing Vested |
