x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	PL needs about $600mil to make his Vantage Bay Health City plans takeoff. Previously he thought can issue rights & warrants plus piggy back warrants to raise these $$$$. But after Mahathir came into power and everything was held back in Johor, the projected plans had to be held back. Consequently, those who had the warrants didn?t exercise it resulting in only about 380million piggy back warrants issued. These will raise only about $40 million in total if everyone exercises it by next year Apr. So, what?s next? Placement Shares! Push up TM shares to 30 cents and invite some big funds to take up shares in TM at a discount, say 20 cents. The total number of shares will have a diluting effect definitely. But it also means PL?s share percentage will go down and he doesn?t have to make an offer to take TM private. And after this, TM will consolidate the shares , so that each share will be, $2.50 maybe.
