What i fear most is :
If Temasek staff are " looking up " to ang mo funds as if they are their bosses , as if they are the real experts , listening to much to their reports and advice , and analysis , and outlook .....
Some sort of "inferiority complex" in awe of ang mo ism ,
This is what I fear most about our Country and system.

That's why you have ang mo funds lurking inside your companies also no good.
They are like double-edged swords.
They may hold 5 %, but they like to trade buy sell buy sell sell buy for that margins .

Bought some at 3.24. Ang mo funds selling. If say Temasek wants to value Capitaland at $3.50 but ang mo funds dont want to, what can we do ? | ||||

Next Qtr (4th Qtr) results will be fantastic. Thus will at least maintain 12 cts dividends. 2019 will recognize rental income from Changi Jewel. Think more than 90% tenancy secured. | ||||

CapitaLand received strong take-up from its new launches in 3Q 2018 for La Botanica, Xi?an, La River, Guangzhou and Park Botanica, Chengdu, China. More than 95% of launched units were sold for the nine months ended 30 September 2018. In terms of handovers, CapitaLand handed over 1,279 units in 3Q 2018, mainly from Citta Di Mare in Guangzhou, The Metropolis in Kunshan, as well as the strata apartments of CapitaMall Westgate in Wuhan and Skyview in Raffles City Hangzhou. As at 30 September 2018, the Group has 7,000 units valued at RMB15.9 billion that have been sold in China. About 40% of this value is expected to be recognised in 4Q 2018. In Vietnam, As at 30 September 2018, the Group has 2,369 units valued at approximately S$712 million that have been sold in Vietnam. More than 10% of this value is expected to be recognised in 4Q 2018. | ||||

Changi Jewel Tenants :
SINGAPORE: fast food chain A&W, an 11-screen cineplex, a Pokemon merchandise store .The 10-storey complex ? consisting of five storeys above ground and five basement floors ? will be home to more than 280 shops and food and beverage (F&B) outlets.
Jewel Changi Airport Development said on Thursday (Oct 11) that nearly 90 per cent of the sprawling 53,800 sq m leasable space has been taken up thus far.
F&B brands that are setting up shop in Singapore, and the region, for the first time also include Swiss artisanal chocolatier Laderach, Norwegian casual seafood restaurant Pink Fish and American fast food chain Shake Shack.
Jewel will also be home to a long list of homegrown brands, including design retailer Naiise, gallery store Supermama and Tiger Beer which will be launching a first-in-the-world Tiger Street Lab at level 5 offering exclusive seasonal brews.
Local chef Violet Oon will open her largest restaurant to date ? more than 350 sq m
Meanwhile, Nike is planning its largest store in Southeast Asia spanning 1,000 sq m. The sporting giant will take up one of the 11 duplex, large-format stores in Jewel, together with Naiise and Shake Shack.

Capitaland's profits could climb 19% over next two years: analyst Its residential sites in China are expected to bring in $1.28b for the firm. Capitaland may see its net profits climb 19% between 2018 and 2020 thanks to its overseas acquisitions, China residential sales and the much awaited opening of Changi Jewel, according to UOB KayHian (UOBKH). The firm's profits rose 13.6% to $362.22m in Q3 from $318.8m in 2017 due to higher operating profits which improved by 13.3% to $233.7m on the back of contributions from investment property acquisitions in Singapore, China and Germany, as well as gains from asset recycling, according to its financial statement | ||||
