It?s not injection of new properties. A very good thing is that Adventus built both properties at cost prices. Means that if the market values of both properties are $100m, they used much lesser than $100m to build and own both properties. If they used $75m to build both, it means that Adventus has a paper profit of $25m. This will be another very good upcoming price-sensitive announcement .
