On 11February2020, the Arbitral Tribunal rendered an award in favor of the Company, dismissing NT' s claims. NT filed a petition with the Central Administrative Court to revoke the arbitration award. On 20 December 2023, the Central Administrative Court dismissed NT&rsquo s petition to revoke the arbitration award and NT has subsequently filed an appeal against the Central Administrative Court' s judgment with the Supreme Administrative Court. The Company would like to inform that on 12 July 2024, the Supreme Administrative Court dismissed NT' s appeal. Consequently, the dispute is concluded and the Company is not obligated to pay the additional revenue share claimed by NT. If converted, should be around SGD 600 million? Expects more dividend since they will reverse the provision if they had made one.

It survived the COVID pandemic pretty much unscathed, while the other SGX darlings like SIA was on the verge of an existential crisis...  Now there is talk of another H5N1 virus... If it hits hard like COVID, a lot of businesses will be affected... But Singtel?  Maybe revenue will drop 10% or 20%... But it will still survive...

I don' t know what chart the other bro is using, but in 2016 and 2017, many times it did hit over $4.00, with the highest $4.36 done on 20 July 2016...... That time there was not much news developments, most times was centred on dividend payouts, and government news.....now is totally different especially with so much developments and gangsters involvement ......that' s why I said,the current price is totally undervalued..... black market already has its target revised to $3.80...... but please dyoddd, gangsters talk a lot when they drink too much.....
