Japan and Jreit cld offer any surprise when more properties are put into this. ​ USA side is doing welll and esp with the strong USD against our sing ​ *** ALL the above does not factor in ANY potentiall investment from CIC or other consortiun.....so a stock at 75% of its book value is good value. ​ The 6c is really a bonus and good result just holding ( compare to bank interest of course ) LOL

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Wah, when it was only 4.5c, px was ard 2.80+.  Some brokerages tp at that time was as high as 3+.  Now div gradually inching up, to 5.5 n  last rd 6.  This rd cld possibly  be 6.5, who knows with the good results.  Abt 3%, below my personal threshhold of 5%, but I think generally  acknowledged as satisfactory, I' d think.  SG bond is only 2%, right?    But of course SG bond is risk-free.  zandlery      ( Date: 11-Nov-2016 12:31) Posted: 6c does not sound attractive at all.....especially compare to current price and compare to book value.
