Here's my humble take, to exit from chapter 11 means a clean slate. It's like saying Disney or marvel studio going chapter 11, and now got new investors coming in to revive its franchise. There's value to its franchise post restructuring. Let me put it in a more blunt manner, our nearest comparison is mm2. Look at the valuation of mm2. Mm2 produces ah boyz to men versus relativity which produces global block buster hits. Who watches ah boyz on a global scale.. if you research into why relativity went into bankruptcy, they took a cooperate missstep by entering into lower Budget films and hopefully higher margins. So they need to produce more to earn more. Unfortunately Low budgets films nobody like to watch, that's what killed relativity. If you believe in the revival of relativity franchise and ability to manage their strategy after this costly lesson, then perhaps yuuzoo may have a gem in its hand. To want to own a piece of relativity means to own shares of yuuzoo.
