As of now, it is considered as 100% increase should the price move from $0.001 to $0.002. This also implied that those who are holding on to the shares at a loss now, will have a hard time to recoup it losses. Henceforth, there should be a carveat for shares consolidation to happen, i.e. if the current share price hit the target price then share consolidation can happen. If this is not in place, I thought it will be fair to the retail investors. Anyway, nothing in this world is fair!!!!
