K got the offer letter with blue envelope. Now we just see and wait out till 4 jul 16. Offer become unconditional when temasek submit it bid so next week offer become unconditional meaning u get paid 7 days upon receiving ur bid. |

All investors and bb know this deal is a reap off on nol shareholder as temasek unload their stake on condition cma support sg export hence a big discount on value. CMA had practically gamble this time round rest of investors would back the deals and start buying whatever free floating in open market. This drain out floated volume creating a low supply high demand for nol share, if bb join in prepare big show |

Cma cannot buy from open mkt at price above their offer price. If they do then need to readjust their offer price upward. Osim mistakenly did that recently n was made to readjust their offer price. Hopefully we can all see that in NOL case then price will goes uptrend... | ||||

I wonder if CMA is buying open market at 1.305 (and higher as the days go by). Are they allowed to do that? Anyone knows? Any comments? |

Even if cma fail in delist nol , it might be good for investor as changes of state owned control to commercial. Cma would work to improve margin by cutting jobs and selling off non core asset and maybe do a capital reduction to release value to all investors. Again left right centre as investor u win by doing nothing. Of course cma would like to buy out all with ofer if possible to speed up merger |

Hi sgng123. just to ask. What will happen if i ignore the offer( letting it expire) but CMA managed to get 90% of the shares? Will I be stuck with the shares then? Thanks

Nobody buying for holding it all trading either u long or short but bb got big advantage on everyone since got bigger credit line and longer window. Hope bb slog it out with heavy trading and go headon with cma temasek then we can make money off them

Waiting for 2004 repeat where massive short cover after deal close without hitting delist req, u get better return on that compare to offer. In 2004 temasek 2.80 offer 1.2x valuation shareholders rejected, deal fail and stock shoot up 80% due to short covering by offerer banks after 1 week it come crashing down to 2 range. Can play 2 ways and make lot of money off sucker offerer banks if u timed ur long short. Typical of nol heavy short and lot of manupulation by bb |

576mil just tell us cma plu temasek only 78% as 2.6b *22%-572mil shares. Cma really naive maybe conned by temasek honeyed word they can get rest of investors to faĺ l behind them. Cma should check last privatisation deal by temasek in 2004 and how it fail horribily. |
