HF monthly chart - 19th March 2023 Technically speaking HF is in a UPTREND with higher high and higher low since the financial crisis. It goes up with HIGH VOLUME(shaded) but goes down in LOW VOLUME(dotted rectangle), such volume analysis suggest BUYERS ARE IN CONTROL. During bear market it may come back down to 80cents area, if this uptrend continue it may go up to $1 something, 1.20, 1.50, 1.70 I also don' t know, I am not god. Those who HOLD may be rewarded when it happen. Those short term traders will always make a lot noises during some 5 to 10 upd/downs, normal la when one try a fast one and if timing no good kpkb lor, wakakaka. All the breasts. Chartits - TikTalk

In 2007 The Concourse was valued at $876,000,000.00, recent valuation $1,612,610,000.00(double) International Building was valued at $177,380,000.00, recent valuation $477,455,000.00(almost triple) I only compare these two buildings as those were what they owned in 2007. What was the stock price in 2007 and what is the stock price today? Not much different in absolute price. And they have added more properties to date. HF has always traded in deep discount to its NAV for decades, so what if one knows its still undervalue today. Does it help you? Did the stock rally big time? No, other than occasional short burst and faded as often. Fundamentals, NAV = Crab la So, just buy and sell to make some $ ok liao, if got holding power than keep some. No need to spread rumours and hype up the stock, it happen many times liao lor. They very stingy also known by every Singaporean liao, so why repeat all known info? Furthermore today valuation how conservative who knows? Even valuation is accurate, can find buyers for their properties at today valuation? Shareholders can benefits meh from deep discount to NAV? Talk easy but if nothing concrete nothing much to look forward to. Rumours also easy to spread, how zhun your rumours, in SJ already speculate for more than 1 year lo, anything happen? If something happen so what, everyday shout one day may be correct for 1 time, 364 days wrong, wakakakakaka. |

This stock often goes into a staring game, everybody waiting for everybody until someone make a move then everybody move cautiously. To buy 1.01 to 1.04 many scare stuck like its always does. And that elusive rally took a long time to come. So if one does not hold any and when that elusive rally do come one can' t make much. Then again if hold and that elusive rally never come one also becomes come gong. So difficult hor....

The ST article states the cheong family bought lotsa shares from the open market But he did not research into who sold the shares If you research into the history, one Big Cheong actually handed a large chunk of his shares to his kids (Source: Company announcement in SGX and company annual reports) Then the young Cheong sold his shares in open market I suppose these are the shares acquired by the Company and other family members So nett nett, did the Cheong Family really acquire so many shares in open market as a matter of fact? What game is been played? No idea. Just sharing. |
