Not only CNA but even govt linked blue chips as it is now in a   market downtrend. Fund managers from the west and in Asian during such times either cash out the profit, if any, or short the market. Yes, comparing with the NTA, stock is under valued but support may not be there as fear is building up and shortists plenty. Many charts show downtrend breaking many support levels. So the best strategy now is just wait and see. Cash is king now. Any good news or reasoning will not help now as many retaiers lost big time. If got holding power, go cheery picking as market has stablised. First, fish for blue chips then undervalued laggards. Must have holding power and do not use loan to buy. No money to buy and got holding power, just forget about the market for the time being and go jalan jalan, otherwise our mood will be affected.

Cash proceeds will be used to reduce debts liability. Kaki bt property is a non-core asset. All in all current px of around 5.5c is below value. Only worry is the thailand suit case. Accumulate if got holding power.
