Profits n revenue have been growing steadily in the last few years. With contribution from India, the revenue growth is lately to be very substantial in the next few years. Just my views. DYODD

Currently its traded on a trailing p/e of 6X (ShareInvestor). Its nav is 84.5 cts. Its one of the few Singapore companies which consistent high dividend. Most years it gives a dividend of 4 cts per share. The latest financial year, the dividend was invreased to 4.5 cts per share, giving a dividend yield of 7.4%. From above one can discern that the revenue trend, gross profit margin trend n net profit margin trend are all positive. If the current trend holds ... the net profit likely to jump quite substantially.  Current cap is only S$88.8 mil, giving a p/e of 8.2 X. With increasing profit p/e shld be lower. There are not many growing companies trading on a p/e of less than 10 X. There is little interest in this counter, is thinly traded and off-radar to most traders and institutions. So counter is not appropriate for traders n punters. Its good for those who are looking long term and are dividend bias. The dividend is excellent and is above 6% on current price. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Good finishing today. Closed at 74.5 cts. At 74.5 cts, the company is capitalized at S$88.3 mil. Personally I am into this counter for the long term. Reasons: 1. high dividend yield ... 6% on current price of 74.5 cts 2. growing top-line n bottom-line 3. net margin likely to improve further given the trend in the last 2 quarters 4. positive comments from major shareholders 5. low valuation, trading at p/e of 8.1 X on current price of 74.5 cts Expression of confidence by the CEO that the company' s revenue may touch $2 billion in 5 years time. This is a huge improvement compared to the $1 billion the company is doing now. There is a high probability that the company may achieve this figure, given the ' explosion' of IoT ( internet of things) and the company' s exposure to India n Indonesia, both are high growth countries. Improving net margin and improving revenue will have a huge positive impact on the company' s bottom line. Given its growth trend, i believe the company is worth a lot more than the current $88.3 mil. In my view, its grossly under valued. Above are for sharing only. Views expressed are my personal views.
