 Alert Admin 		Thank you white knight. With this savior, Ezion would likely back to glory days, with the established presence of Yinson in the market. Time for me to average down with huge huge lots, and awaiting for its turnaround business.

 Alert Admin 		So after all the news, when will Ezion back for trading?

I am just trying to think: After all the subscription of the shares, Yinson will have 60+% of the company. I don' t think Yinson will allow Ezion to close-shop. Yinson has been doing very well for the past 1 year, winning contracts and believe that Ezion will be soon part of Yinson' s game. Hence the shares price for Ezion should not be the case of " sell-off" but with Yinson backing up, it should grow after the subscription takes place.  So to hold it for mid to long team should see some good results.

Any other view? I am just trying to be objective.

In consideration of the Proposed Subscription, (a) the Company shall capitalise US$482,330,928.64 amounting to all the Relevant Debt owed to the Subscriber, pursuant to the Debt Assignment Agreements to be entered into and (b) the Subscriber shall inject capital in the sum of up to US$46,985,964.44 in cash to the Company (or such amount being US$150,000,000.00 less the aggregate cash consideration payable and/or paid by the Subscriber to the Major Secured Lender under the Debt Assignment Agreements).   

Either way, one says USD, businesstimes say SGD.

Under the conditional debt conversion agreement with Yinson&rsquo s indirect wholly owned subsidiary Yinson Eden, S$482.3 million of Ezion&rsquo s debt will be wiped out by Yinson Eden in exchange for the company getting 23 billion new ordinary shares in Ezion at an issue price of 3.17 Singapore cents per share.

Subsequent to the proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Proposed Transactions contemplated with the Subscriber, it is anticipated that the total debts of the Company (actual or contingent) shall be reduced from approximately US$1.6 billion to only secured bank debt of less than approximately US$403 million and the Subscriber will have a shareholding in the Company of no less than 63.46%.

Good to see narrowing loss -  " Separately on Feb 29, 2020, Ezion posted a narrower fourth-quarter loss of US$167.1 million, compared with a loss of US$390.8 million the year before."
Will this be another multibagger , keep for 16 ct, 20ct , like Rex?
