Just be careful. One thing SG Incorp is good in is losing money, big time. Scholars are good in admin, bad in biz. |

Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd said on Friday that it is exploring the establishment of a data centre real estate investment trust (reit) to be listed on the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The assets to be injected, amongsts others, are still under review. " The establishment of the REIT and the listing of the REIT on the SGX-ST will be subject to, among other things, market conditions, the relevant regulatory and other approvals being obtained and the execution of definitive agreements by the relevant parties,'' Keppel T& T said. |

SINGAPORE--Singapore-listed Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd. is looking raise more than 500 million Singapore dollars (US$400 million) from an initial public offering of its local and overseas data center businesses, people with knowledge of the deal said Friday, continuing Singapore's run of trust-focused listings. Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation operates data centers in Singapore, Europe, Australia and Malaysia. The company along with AEP Investment Management, a Singapore-based company that specializes in cross-border real-estate investment strategies, also operates Securus Data Property Fund, a Shariah-compliant data center fund that invests in a global portfolio of high quality data-center assets. Singapore-listed conglomerate Keppel Corp., in which state-investment company Temasek Holdings has 20% stake, has business interests ranging from building rigs to real estate and owns a stake of more than 80% in Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation The real-estate investment trust, or REIT, listing is aimed for late first quarter, one of the people said. Singapore is a sought-after destination for trust listings and has benefited from investors seeking yield at this time of low interest rates. Singapore laws stipulate that companies that list their assets through REITs have to pay yield for their lifetime to their unit holders. There are no rules governing yields of other types of investment trusts, which could hold assets ranging from ports to telecom, although most of them provide yields for a set period. Singapore is Asia's biggest center for trust listings. Last year, of the more than US$5 billion raised via IPOs in Singapore, close to 90% was of business trusts, including REITs. KepT& T tests the resistance of 1.375 today but failed to clear it. It is important to monitor the price volume action near this 1.375 level to determine whether a breakout will take place. If successfully clear, it will move upward toward 1.45.

Well supported at 1.355. Every time fall below 1.355, it will rebound. With some vol buying in. I guess when the time is right just like the counter CNMC which strike GOLD, this stock will also revalue and find that is worth more than 1.4. It reach more than 1.4 recently ... Cheers to those vested and BTW, it has a reasonable dividends too. So can hold till your set target price.
